Tu B’Shevat Tea Time and Scones on Zoom

• In honor of Tu B’Shevat, the Jewish birthday of the trees, join W.O.W. for an English Tea Time.

Our own Lady Ilana Levin will share secrets of brewing a proper English tea, tea etiquette and the history of tea. We’ll hear treasured tales of Ilana’s Grandmother and discover the surprising connection to Alice in
Wonderland. Each guest will receive a gift bag of scones and tea bags so we can brew tea together and
nosh. Rebbetzin Sara Oppenheim will teach a short class on the meaning of Tu B’Shevat.

We’re excited to be a part of such a meaningful Chesed project for Tu B’Shvat! Each tree planted by Trees Charlotte costs them $50. All funds we raise will help offset these costs, so they greatly appreciate our contributions.
